the hotel is very close to the russell square station. i found the check-in process quick. the staff was helpful and attentive. my room had a large tv with an interactive menu and a yoga mat.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated their assistance with a late checkout. the room had a wonderful scent, and the bed provided really good comfort! i found the location to be convenient with good access to transport links and city attractions.

The gym, while good, could benefit from having more equipment to accommodate all guests at peak times. this would greatly improve the workout experience and reduce waiting times. It's a small point, but significant for frequent gym users.

Carlos assisted with check-in and room arrangements. He helped arrange a room with a tub. The architecture had a gorgeous appearance. The location proved convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

I noticed some informal attire worn by staff members. The staff wore trainers and casual clothes, I thought. I overheard another guest being offered complimentary breakfast. I was not offered this initially. The hot buffet lacked some advertised items.

I appreciated the kind word from the staff at the entrance. They always provided an umbrella or directions. Carlos was fabulous to work with at check-in. He arranged a room with a tub for me. Ana kept my room immaculate .

The complimentary mini bar included only two bottles of water plus two small bottles of milk. This selection was not what I expected considering the overall quality of the hotel.
