the hotel is very close to the russell square station. i found the check-in process quick. the staff was helpful and attentive. my room had a large tv with an interactive menu and a yoga mat.
my room was smaller than expected. my complimentary mini bar only had two bottles of water. the air conditioning in the room was not effective. the bathroom was very tight.

fantastic stay!
late checkout bed comfort
The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated their assistance with a late checkout. the room had a wonderful scent, and the bed provided really good comfort! i found the location to be convenient with good access to transport links and city attractions.
The gym, while good, could benefit from having more equipment to accommodate all guests at peak times. this would greatly improve the workout experience and reduce waiting times. It's a small point, but significant for frequent gym users.

The room featured high ceilings, and the windows opened to a balcony. Complimentary snacks and water were available. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries. The design was elegant. lighting options were plentiful, suitable for both relaxation and working.

Carlos assisted with check-in and room arrangements. He helped arrange a room with a tub. The architecture had a gorgeous appearance. The location proved convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
I noticed some informal attire worn by staff members. The staff wore trainers and casual clothes, I thought. I overheard another guest being offered complimentary breakfast. I was not offered this initially. The hot buffet lacked some advertised items.

warm staff attentive doorman excellent service
The staff greeted us with such warmth! Ryan, Abdu, and Yusuf always took care of our needs when we departed. Victoria in guest relations understood customer satisfaction.
The breakfast was disappointing, I found it cold and unappetizing.

i thought the design was cute.. the decor was very charming too. the hotel seemed to have everything i needed for my short stay. i especially appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room.
The public spaces felt quite stylish. i expected more given the price. the room felt quite small, even for one person. the breakfast was passable, though not what i expected at this price..

helpful staff extra time immaculate room
I appreciated the kind word from the staff at the entrance. They always provided an umbrella or directions. Carlos was fabulous to work with at check-in. He arranged a room with a tub for me. Ana kept my room immaculate .
The complimentary mini bar included only two bottles of water plus two small bottles of milk. This selection was not what I expected considering the overall quality of the hotel.
